Easy Fried Rice Recipe with Egg, Chicken and Veggies

Here is how I prepared an easy fried rice dinner with egg. 

The recipe is inspired by https://healthynibblesandbits.com/easiest-egg-fried-rice/ ... with a lot of major modifications. 

Ingredients:







Steps:

  1. Cook fresh rice with just enough water so it does not turn out soggy (no need for overnight rice).
  2. Pour mixed vegetables and crispy chicken into the wok. 
  3. Turn on the fire and stir. 
  4. Add cooked rice. 
  5. Add corn cooking oil, salt, sugar, sesame oil, light soy sauce, black pepper, and Italian herb. 
  6. Stir fry the mixture. 
  7. Create a hole in the center and pour eggs. 
  8. Scramble the eggs. 
  9. Stir fry everything.
  10. Serve. 


What I could do better next time is to add less salt and keep stirring while the fire is at high heat, because this one was a little too salty and some rice was a bit too crispy-chewy.
