Why is my head itching so badly

The question is when did my head start to itch so badly. 

I looked into my Google search history to find out when I searched about my itching head. 

20 June 2022.

One day after Father's Day. 

So my suspicion is right.

The culprit is  Bazil Nuts.

Father's Day night was the first time I ate Brazil nuts in my life.

My head has been itching badly for 10 days today, 1 July 2022.

At first, I thought it was the side effects of the new hair tonic Kaminamoto, which I started using before Father's day.

Then I thought it was my new healthy lower cholesterol diet that caused my body to violently react. 

It could also be our new spring mattress. 

Then the swell began.

The bad swelling at the bottom started 2 days ago, 29 July 2022. 

So now it's head and bottom. That's serious.

It has to be an allergy.

What did I eat? Too much healthy stuff? 

Too many nuts? I have been eating a lot of variety of nuts lately as part of a healthy diet. 

Brazil nuts are the only thing I haven't eaten before. 

Research tells me that Brazil nuts are the second most allergy-prone food after peanuts. 

It looks like there is no immediate treatment.

Help. 

If it gets worse I will see a doctor.
