Zoom Webinar Checklist - Set-up, Present, and Record as a Guest Speaker

In this post, I document how I Set up, Present, and Record a Zoom Webinar, hosted by someone else. I will have to show my face, my Google Slides, and my iPhone or Android Phone Display.

This Saturday will be the actual presentation to about 500 people. Tomorrow morning is the dry run.

CHALLENGE - I want to record my presentation and not the participants. I don't want to record on Zoom because it shows the attendees... anyway I have no access as a non-host.

Here is every little thing I did to set up the dry run... in the form of a checklist that I can use in the future to eliminate stress

Items Required...

  8. Set up green-screen effect on Yolobox Pro.
