Setup for the Next Zoom Webinar + Recording as a Non-host



Objectives:
  • Record a Zoom Meeting as a speaker and non-host. 
  • Show participants the phone display. 
Challenge:
  • Recording My voice from Zoom. 

Setting up the Zoom Meeting with Yolobox Pro Streaming and Recording. 
  • Clear Macbook Air M1 memory cache using Ccleaner.
  • Connect Macbook Air M1 to Yolobox Pro HDMI input via USB to HDMI adapter. 
  • Connect Macbook Air M1 to iPhone 12 Pro Mac via USB-C to Lightning cable.
  • Connect Logitech H111 headset to Macbook Air M1.
  • Open Google Slides.
  • Open Quicktime > New Movie Recording > iPhone.
  • Set iPhone display timeout to a higher value.
  • Open True Visage on iPhone.

Directing Desktop Audio on the Mac to the HDMI output.
  • Open Audio Midi Setup...
    • Remove (-) existing Multi-Output Device option.
    • Add (+) a new Multi-Output Device option.
  • Open Sound Preferences...

  • Select Output > Multi-Output Device
  • Go back to Audio MIDI Setup and select...
    • External Headphones - So I can hear the participants
    • Zoom Audio Device - So my desktop audio goes to Zoom
    • Lontium Semi - So the audio goes to Yolobox Pro
Direction Zoom Meeting audio to Multi-Output Device.
  • Inside Zoom, click on the arrow next to the microphone icon. 
  • Under "Select a Speaker", choose Multi-Output Device.


Setting Audio on YoloBox Pro. 
  • Check and adjust the audio level from Macbook HDMI. 
  • Use a separate mic to record my voice. Podcast mic via Panasonic Lumix FZ2500 HDMI. 
  • Mix the above 2 audio inputs.
Recording and Streaming from Yolobox Pro.
  • Setup a new stream.
  • Select Mac Display input.
  • Start Streaming.
  • Insert a fresh SD card,
  • Start Recording.
Start the Zoom Meeting Session. 

Stop everything at the end.

Sony Vegas Pro 8 Tutorial - Multicamera Editing

Sony Vegas Pro 8 makes it easier to edit videos from different cameras right from the timeline. You can capture and edit video for a single scene from 2 or more cameras or for a single scene shot a few times with one camera. Here is a tutorial of a Multicamera Edit of a drama I shot. The drama was acted out four times to the public and being a non-profit organization, the client have budget only for one videographer. For each of the 4 acts, the camcorder (Sony HDR-FX7 High Definition Camcorder) was placed at 4 different positions and shot in various angles. Multicamera edit is accomplished in only 8 steps with the Sony Vegas Pro 8. FCPX - The storage device "Macintosh HD" is almost full

The message "The storage device Macintosh HD is almost full" appeared when I was editing a video with Final Cut Pro X on my new Apple Macbook Air M1.   Final Cut Pro Taking up Too Much Space  My Macbook Air M1 had only 256GB of storage onboard. My raw footage was only about 9GB. The biggest file was the FCPX project files itself at about 140GB! How did 9GB become 140GB? There is not enough disk space for my Final Cut Pro.
