No Newer CUDA driver is available... Update Required

No Newer CUDA driver is available... What's happening?

Yet it says "Update required". Clicking on the "i", I get this...

What else?
CUDA Driver Version: 410.130
GPU Driver Version: 355.11.11.10.10.143

Clicking on "CUDA Driver Info & Updates" does nothing.

Checking my System Information, I see this...

What? Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB for Graphics? Why is the NVIDIA CUDA GPU not being utilized on my MacBook Pro?

Going deeper into the System Report, I get this...

How to check GPU on MacBook pro?

Find out which graphics processor is in use on your MacBook Pro... https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202053

Based on the information, I have to open an app that uses GPU.

So I opened Final Cut Pro X.

Lo and behold! It's there...

Now I see NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2 GB!

Then I opened OBS.

Checked the Activity Monitor Energy usage...

Yes, both OBS and FCPX are using the High-Performance GPU.

"To see if an app is using the higher-performance discrete GPU, open Activity Monitor and click the Energy tab. If you don't see the Requires High Perf GPU column, your computer only has one graphics processor. " - https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202053

This whole thing is to check whether OBS live streaming latency issues with external cameras are actually caused by the GPU not being detected.

So the conclusion is... The GPU is working fine.

On with the next investigation before investing in an Ecamm Live app, or a new gaming Windows laptop... or a new MacBook Pro.

If Ecamm Live can distribute the processing workload between the CPU and GPU, is there a way to make OBS do the same thing?
