- Check-in with yourself 3 times a day.
- Are you focusing on the negative things that may happen?
- Or are you excited about the opportunities ahead of you?
- Our minds focus on the negatives as a survival instinct.
- Shift your focus and break the pattern.
- Acknowledge the emotion and thought.
- Be aware of the trigger causing the emotion and thought.
- DO NOT fix the emotion.
- FIX the trigger!
- Focus on the opportunity instead of the problem.
- You are not your thought, feeling and emotion.
- Your emotion is the feedback to your current thought.
- Learn from your emotion.
- Feel your emotion fully.
- Give yourself permission to feel the emotion fully.
- It’s like bringing light into the darkness.
- Fear, anxiety and uncertainty will slowly fade away.
- We are more afraid of the dark than what’s hiding in the dark.
