Ever wished your product could pitch itself like a seasoned sales rep, leaving you free to sip coffee in peace? ☕ I used Google Veo 3 to make my TikTok Shop product talk, charm, and sell itself—and it’s easier than you think.
Here’s how I did it, with a few laughs along the way. 😄
Step 1: Get into Veo 3
I signed in to my Google AI Pro account (yep, it’s a paid plan). Headed to Gemini, selected ‘Video,’ and started a new chat.
Step 2: Upload Your Product Pic
I uploaded a photo of my product with me holding it. I actually grabbed a freeze-frame from a video for that dynamic seamless continuity.
Step 3: Nail the Prompt
This is where the magic happens. My first prompt? Wasted AI credits. I prompted [Add two eyes and one mouth to the weighing scale, and make the weighing scale say, "I'm the smart kitchen scale, weighing your food and judging your snacks!"] ...And Veo 3 had me and the product yapping like a comedy.
Step 4: Iterate and Edit
So, I iterated the prompt with more constraints. Downloaded the 8-second clip and used Capcut to join it with my original video.
Here’s the prompt that worked:
