Surge in website traffic coming from YouTube Shorts
There is a surge of traffic to ... https://adrianvideoimage.blogspot.com/2022/03/download-capcut-tutorial-moving-picture.html
At first I thought it can from TikTok.
Then i found out it came from YouTube Shorts uploaded more than 1 year ago... https://youtube.com/shorts/qpHa8DQDPQs
The video Ended with...
"See the comments section to download the full tutorial."
The pinned comment says..."Download the full tutorial here... https://adrianvideoimage.blogspot.com/2022/03/download-capcut-tutorial-moving-picture.html"
Here's the Tiktok video I thought where the traffic came from...
This 1 minute tutorial...
https://vt.tiktok.com/ZS8pMk4jb/
Ended with...
"See the comments section to download the full tutorial."
The comment says...
"Download the Full Tutorial here 👉@AdrianLee"
The clickable tag goes to my profile...
The Download is a link to Google Slides with embeded chapterised youtube live stream recording of tthe full tutorial.
The thing is there are 1270 views to the Download page but only 82 downloads.
Let's change something.
Next Action...
... rearrange the Download page... https://adrianvideoimage.blogspot.com/2022/03/download-capcut-tutorial-moving-picture.html ... and ... https://adrianlee.gumroad.com/l/CapcutMovingPicture
... sell the online course in the slides.
... from the online course sell the mentorship
... Say this at the end of all my future tutorials... "See the comments section to download the full tutorial."

Ps:
For Linkedin...
I'm excited to share that my YouTube Shorts from over a year ago are still getting views and driving traffic to my website. This has resulted in more leads for my business and more opportunities to help people with my skills.

Here are three key takeaways from this experience:
- Don't neglect YouTube Shorts as a platform for your short-form videos. Unlike TikTok, where views tend to drop off after a while, YouTube Shorts can have a long-lasting impact and reach new audiences over time.
- Always include a call to action at the end of your one-minute how-to videos. For example, you can say "See the comments section to download the full tutorial." This will entice viewers to visit your website and learn more from you.
- Pin a comment with a link to your website where viewers can download the full tutorial. Make sure you have an email capture box on your website so you can build your email list.
