What Makes a Successful Entrepreneur - A Chat with a Villa Owner
What does it take to be successful? How do you become a successful business person? What are the 12 key points that make a successful entrepreneur? On a recent business trip, I got a chance to stay 2 nights at a hillside villa with an infinity swimming pool. I also got a chance to chat with the friendly owner, Albert, and I asked him how he got to where he is now. Specifically, I was finding out what makes a successful entrepreneur. Start at an Early Age - He left his hometown in Malaysia at the age of 14, to live in China where he started his business and became successful at 26. Trial and Error - He didn't start one business but many. His philosophy is to try a business and if it fails, stop it and start another one. Own Multiple Businesses - He now has factories in China, and multiple businesses in Malaysia, including massage parlors, and the Villa. Buy and Rent - He bought the villa from a private residential owner and is converting it to become a holiday resort for the publ

Setting the iPhone for TPG SIMBA outgoing and incoming calls in Singapore
So our TPG / SIMBA SIM card cannot make outgoing calls and receive incoming calls in Singapore. Here's what we did to make it work on our iPhone SE 2020... iPhone – Most of the iPhone from iPhone 7 and above. The default iPhone setting stays VOLTE OFF and need to be enabled manually via VoLTE toggle in Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > VoLTE is set to ON Other Settings we did on the iPhone. Tap Settings > General > Software Update to install the latest iOS Check and ensure your device is connected to TPG network and configured with TPG APN setting Proceed to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Voice & Data Select LTE or 4G and enable VoLTE Go ahead and make a call! Stopping Spam Comments on WordPress
Lately, I have been getting hundreds of repeating comments saying "thanks" or "thank you" and other variation coming from different emails, but the same 3 IP addresses. 45.80.175.89 45.80.175.119 45.80.175.148 How to stop this spam from populating my WordPress comments? I tried doing this. Log in to WordPress admin. Go to Comments. Copy the offending IP addresses. Go to Settings > Discussion. Go to Disallowed Comment Keys. Paste the offending IP addresses. Save. This should automatically throw the comments into the bin. BUT WAIT... Thats means the comments will still be coming and WordPress have to keep working to put them into the bin... and I have to clear the bin regularly. Wouldn't it better to stop it altogether? ~ Adrian Lee

I am about to fly to KL end of May 2022. What is the Singapore to Malaysia travel requirement for a fully COVID vaccinated traveler? Update May 2022: Starting May 1, fully vaccinated travelers heading to Malaysia will no longer need to take any pre-departure or on-arrival COVID tests. However, you must download and register your profile on the MySejahtera mobile app . I just realized my other Youtube Channel, https://youtube.com/AdrianLeeYC , is eligible for Super Thanks, after being informed by YouTube that I can turn it on for my main YouTube channel, https://youtube.com/videolane . Here is what I did to Turn on Super Thanks. Sign in to YouTube Studio . From the left menu, click Monetization. Select the Supers tab. Toggle on “Super Thanks.” The Thanks button now appears on all my public videos. I understand it will not appear on my live streams or Premieres.
