Being on the cautious side, I am installing it today, 2 November 2016. So, what’s new? I was going to give up on my slow and lagging Windows 10   Chuwi Hi8 Pro  tablet  when I discovered the solution. Reduce the screen resolution Go to Settings > System > Display > Advanced display settings Change resolution to 1280 x 800 Now I can even play 2 videos smoothly from Facebook and YouTube at the same time.
