Making a YouTube Video - YoloBox Pro to ATEM Mini with Firmware V1.0.8

I am about to document how to connect Yololiv Yolobox Pro HDMI Output to ATEM Mini HDMI Input. 

  • Power up ATEM Mini with its own AC adaptor. 
  • Connect ATEM Mini Webcam Output to MacBook Air M1 USB-C port with a USBC to USBC cable.
  • Connect YoloBox Pro HDMI Output to ATEM Mini HDMI Input 2.
  • Connect GoPro Hero 7 Black Micro HDMI output to ATEM Mini HDMI input 1. (Micro HDMI to HDMI cable failed)
  • Connect Sony MC50 Camcorder Mini-HDMI Output to ATEM Mini HDMI Input 1 using Mini-HDMI to HDMI Cable.
  • Test with Quicktime Movie Recording Mode. Success! Quicktime detects ATEM Mini as an external webcam. 
  • Install Zoom Meeting app to test real-world applications. 
Ready to record. I will record on the Samsung Galaxy S10 in 4K60p.

Wait! There is no Audio is coming out from the Yolobox Pro HDMI Output!

Let's upgrade the firmware to version 1.0.8.


Upgraded but now HDMI Output is blank!

Could it be Atem Mini Firmware?

The drama was acted out four times to the public and being a non-profit organization, the client have budget only for one videographer.
