SCRCPY Stop Working After Samsung Galaxy S10 Software Update

Help!

I can't mirror my Android screen to the PC since i immigrated my Samsung Galaxy S10 OS. 

Cleaned cache and registry with CCleaner. 

Exit every software running in the background. 

Uninstall twitch, voice-mod and Elgato stream deck.

Remove unwanted start up software.

Shut down and Restart the computer.

Didn't work. 

Finally, I went to GitHub to download and install the latest SCRCPY v1.23.

It worked again.

My previous version was SCRCPY v1.17.
