How to get more subscribers on YouTube using YouTube Shorts?  Yesterday, I attended a webinar conducted by YouTube Singapore. They invited two successful local creators to share their tips and tricks.  Here are the ten most important tips I learned from @DoctorTristanPeh and @MingWeiRocks. A little context here.  Both found success in Tiktok first before moving over to Youtube, but it took then less than a year to reach a million subscribers.     1. Dump all your Tiktok videos into YouTube Shorts - Tristan uploaded all his videos within 3 days. Ming did nearly the same thing. Both saw views and subscribers exploding after 4 months.  2. Post 4 shorts a day - Tristan can make 4 or even 12 short videos a day. Ming does it once a day. Tristan's videos are mostly product demos that are quick to shoot. How to remove moisture in the oven? How to fix oven tripping Singapore?  How to solve oven trip?    My Ariston oven is tripping the power in my house.  I can't even turn it on.  Whenever I turn on the oven's main power switch, I will hear a beep sound then it will trip immediately. Watched Thor Love and Thunder today.  It's 5 July 2022 and it opens on 7 July 2022!  Thanks to Tiktok SG for the invitation.   A little perk for being one of the top creators.   Among the guests were other influencers and celebrities. I took a lot of pictures with the posters the official cosplayers.  I became Zeus for a while wielding the lightning bolt in my hands.  It's like a little party, but I don't know anybody.  How's the show? Keep reading. No spoilers.  Expectations were set when I saw the trailers.  I knew it's a Taika Waititi type of movie.  That means Imagination, Action, and Comedy.   Imagination... I love the out-of-this-world scenes.   I wished I could pause the movie to examine the details.  There are many tiny background elements to observe.   Especially the scenes at the Zeus gathering.  Action... I have tested both the static home page and showing the latest posts.   I prefer showing the latest post against the advice of marketing gurus.   Here are 3 reasons for my decision. 1. Visitors land on my front page looking for the latest trending topic. These trending topics are found in the sidebar and not in the main content.   2. The home is automatically updated as long as I post new articles. The static page just withers away in the depth of search engines.  3. Today, I changed my Tiktok profile bio description, as well as on Instagram.  Many followers on tiktok ask me what my job is. Some even think it's amazing that an old guy like me can be so creative.  I realized I didn't tell people in my profile description that I was a professional videographer... instead I just described myself as a vlogger, streamer, and content creator.  I guess everyone with a phone now is a vlogger, streamer, and content creator. The question is when did my head start to itch so badly.  I looked into my Google search history to find out when I searched about my itching head.  20 June 2022. One day after Father's Day.  So my suspicion is right. The culprit is  Bazil Nuts. Father's Day night was the first time I ate Brazil nuts in my life. My head has been itching badly for 10 days today, 1 July 2022. At first, I thought it was the side effects of the new hair tonic Kaminamoto, which I started using before Father's day. Then I thought it was my new healthy lower cholesterol diet that caused my body to violently react.  It could also be our new spring mattress.  Then the swell began. The bad swelling at the bottom started 2 days ago, 29 July 2022.  So now it's head and bottom. That's serious. It has to be an allergy. What did I eat? Too much healthy stuff?  Too many nuts? I have been eating a lot of variety of nuts lately as part of a healthy diet.  Brazil nuts are the only thing I haven't
