On October 20, 2021, I purchased Adobe Premiere Pro Monthly plan at S$41.43/mo. The Cancellation details state... "Cancel your monthly subscription before Nov 03 to get a full refund. You can cancel your subscription anytime via your Adobe Account page or by contacting Customer Support." On Nov 2, 2021, I started the cancellation process... Sign in to Adobe Account Select Manage Plan Choose Cancel Your Plan Enter password Done Then I see a reminder... Your cloud storage will be reduced: 100G to 2GB. "Your cloud storage will be reduced to 2GB. If it remains over this limit, you have 90 days to reduce your online usage or you could lose access to some or all of your files saved on the Creative Cloud servers." Then an offer...
