Gear list of my Tiktok live stream setup
Someone sent me a message: "I would be grateful if you could share the gear list of your live studio (for Tiktok Live)."
My TikTok live stream setup is constantly evolving, but here’s my latest configuration and gear list:
- Yololiv Instream: This is an all-in-one, portable multicamera vertical live streaming studio.
- Logitech C920: A 1080p webcam used for my headshot. It’s connected to the Instream via USB and mounted vertically on a mini tripod.
- GoPro Hero7 Black: A wide-angle camera for my overhead shots. It is connected to the Instream's HDMI 1 input and mounted on a boom arm.
- Samsung NX500: A mirrorless camera for close-up views of the tabletop. It connects to the Instream's HDMI 2 input and is mounted on a Velbon EX-640 tripod.
- Ethernet cable: Provides a direct, stable internet connection via the Instream's Ethernet input.
- BenQ 27" Monitor: For a larger viewing screen, it connects to the Instream's HDMI output.
- 100W USB Power Adapter: This keeps the Instream powered continuously via its USB-C power input.
- Lenovo Headset: Used for audio monitoring, it connects through the Instream’s headphone output.
- Sandmarc Compact Tripod: This is used for mounting the Instream vertically through the 1/4 inch screw hole.
- Audio: Currently, I’m not using a separate microphone; audio is captured through the Logitech C920 webcam.
