BenQ Eye Care Monitor GW2790QT - Unboxing and Review (AI Draft Script)

5 Reasons I Love My BenQ Eye Care Monitor GW2790QT for Work & Play

  • What monitor is good for long hours of coding/editing/gaming without eye strain?
  • What monitor can I use for both work and entertainment?

As a busy bee who spends hours glued to a screen every day - editing, gaming, coding, streaming, and learning - I crave a monitor that offers performance, comfort, and convenience. And the BenQ Eye Care Monitor GW2790QT delivers in spades! Here are 5 reasons why I'm obsessed:

1. Eye Care Champion:

  • Say goodbye to eye fatigue! Flicker-free, low blue light, and intelligent brightness adjustment keep my eyes feeling fresh even after long sessions.
  • Coding mode: Dark areas are darker, and text shines brighter - perfect for deciphering code.
  • ePaper mode: Black and white conversion makes reading PDFs a breeze.
  • Movie, Gaming, and Standard modes adapt to your content for an immersive experience.

2. Vertical Versatility:

  • No more clunky monitor mounts! This beauty rotates effortlessly between vertical and horizontal modes, ideal for editing vertical videos, streaming vertically, or maximizing coding real estate.

3. Built-in Audio Powerhouse:

  • Ditch the external mic: AI noise-canceling speakers and mic make live streaming a breeze.
  • Clear, crisp audio eliminates the need for additional speakers, keeping your desk clutter-free.

4. USB-C Convenience:

  • One cable does it all! This monitor connects to your computer, powers it, and even extends your USB ports, minimizing cable chaos.

5. Port Plenty:

  • Connect your mouse, keyboard, webcam, and more directly to the monitor's USB ports, eliminating the need for a separate hub.

Bonus Perks:

  • Spice up your desk with optional base covers: one holds your phone and charging cable, while the other lets you showcase your Lego creations.

Room for Improvement:

  • While the 2K resolution is impressive, a 4K option would be even better.
  • A built-in webcam would be a game-changer for video conferencing.
  • A touchscreen would add an extra layer of control and functionality.

Available in:

  • 27-inch and 32-inch models
  • Black and white color options

1 minute video script...

Which monitor is good for long hours of coding/editing/gaming without eye strain?

😲 Did you know that this monitor is good for video editing, good for coding, good for gaming, and good for my eyes? It warns me when I am getting too close!

1️⃣ The main feature is the Coding Mode where the background becomes darker, and the text shines brighter. I feel more comfortable looking at it.

2️⃣ Look! I can rotate it to become vertical so that I can see more code, edit vertical videos, and watch my vertical live streams.

3️⃣ Did you notice the base? With the optional base cover, I can personalize it with my Lego men, or... use it as a phone stand.

😃There is a lot more that I like about this monitor. Plenty of USB ports, noise filtering speakers and microphone, Movie mode, Game mode, ePaper mode, and of course Eye Care mode.

Original Points...

5 things I like about the BenQ Eye Care Monitor GW2790QT, a 27-inch QHD(2K) monitor:

Editing, gaming, coding, streaming, e-learning. These are things I do every day that require me to stare at the screen for long hours.

1. Automatic eye care... So that I get less eye strain and head because it is flicker-free, low blue light removal, and intelligent brightness adjustment. Especially when I do long hours of editing, coding, or gaming.

2. Vertical and horizontal mode... So that I can edit vertical videos, stream vertically, and see more when coding... And I don't have to install another monitor bracket.

3. Built-in mic and speakers... So that I don't have to use an external mic for my live streams... And they both have AI noise cancellation.

4. USBC Display connection... So that my computer can control the monitor and extend my USB ports... And I don't have to clutter my desk with another HDMI video cable.

5. Plenty of USB ports... So that I can connect my mouse, keyboard, and webcam... And I don't have to clutter my workstation with another USB hub.

Oh wait, there are also 2 optional base covers to spice things up. One allows me to slot my phone and hold my charging cable neatly, which is attached to the USB port. The other cover allows me to decorate my desk with my favorite Lego people.

Back to Talking about eye care. There is a coding mode where dark areas become darker and text becomes brighter. Makes it easier to see when coding. There is an ePaper mode where colors become black and white. Great for reading PDFs.

Of course, I switch to movies mode to enjoy my movies, gaming mode to get brighter colors when playing, and standard mode for video editing.

What I wish could be better... I wish the next version would have a 4K resolution, a built-in webcam, and a touch screen... bassier speakers.

They have 2 sizes and 2 colors, 32 inch and 27 inch, black or white.

What is 2K resolution? 2K monitors often have a display resolution of 2560x1440, which is often shortened to 1440p. This resolution is officially considered Quad HD (QHD), and many monitors claim their resolution as 2K QHD.
