Ever get blocked by an AI video generator for using a celebrity's name?
It's a common frustration.
During my TikTok live stream this morning, a viewer asked how to get around this. So, I ran a live demo.
I shared a workaround I've been testing: leveraging prompt engineering across different AI platforms.
In the live, I used Meta AI to craft and refine prompts to generate celebrity faces. We tried a few, like Tom Cruise and Michael Jordan, but the Chris Hemsworth result really stood out.
The result was so compelling that I decided to port the winning AI video prompt over to Google VEO 3, knowing it would cost some AI credits.
The outcome was mind-blowing. You can see the VEO 3 AI video generated below.
Beyond just a fun experiment, this touches on a key skill for modern creators: creative problem-solving. AI tools have built-in limitations. The real magic happens when you understand how to talk to them—iterating on prompts and even using one AI's output to guide another. It's a new layer of creative direction that will be crucial for anyone looking to stay ahead in marketing and storytelling.
Have you experimented with generating celebrity likenesses in AI? What have been your biggest challenges or discoveries?

Here’s the prompt that led to this result:
Setting: A noisy construction site with cranes swinging, sparks flying, and heavy machinery rumbling under a stormy sky.
Action: A scrawny worker drops a wrench, then glows with a crackling electric aura. His body bulks up, hair grows into Chris Hemsworth lookalike golden locks, and a larger hammer appears in his hand. He swing it, sending a steel beam flying.
Dialogue: Hemsworth lookalike says, “You think I am AI, is it?”
Visuals: Exaggerate the transformation with lightning effects, rippling muscles, and hair billowing in slow motion.
